Infocard Technology Systems, Inc. is dedicated via third party the manufacturing of high quality, value added products, and offering superior customer service and support. Includes in the manufacturing of financial and non-financial cards, ATM cards, Casino cards, Pre-Paid phone cards, Membership/I.D. Cards, Keylock Cards and a multitude of custom printed plastic products.

Card Issuing System and Management
Our solutions allow institutions to create, manage, monitor and secure a card-issuing system across multiple stations and installations. Our systems has been designed to comply with the standards for instant card issuance published by Visa and MasterCard, which means that it can be used to securely produce and deliver Visa and MasterCard debit cards, card that allows the cost of goods or services that are purchased to be deducted directly from the purchaser's account. Reporting is easy, accurate, fast and secure. And data from every transaction that takes place within the system is automatically saved to a secure database, giving the institution a comprehensive electronic audit trail and allowing information to be synchronized.

The Card Issuing System can be deployed in standalone mode within a branch environment, or across a Local Area Network/Wide Area Network to link multiple stations and installations or the entire enterprise.

Instant Card Issuance
The principal concept of Instant Card Issuance for customers is that they can come into a local branch to apply for a new card or re-issuance of an existing card and, within 10-15 minutes, actually leave in possession of their new card. As an option, the request for a new card or reissue of an existing one can be made via telephone in order to receive minimum customer information and thus speed up the process.

Instant Card Issuance Benefits
Instant Card Issuance significantly enhances customer service as customers do not need to wait several days before they receive their new or reissued card, but can leave a bank branch with the new fully functional card in 10-15 minutes. Moreover, this way of card issuance allows customers to choose their own PIN, therefore, eliminates the wait for a PIN mailer and the need for changing the PIN later on:

As a natural consequence, this way of card personalization can reduce the distribution costs and ensure that it is secure and reliable. This is achieved due to removing the need to send the cards and PIN mailers to the customers (usually in the post) – the new card is physically handed over to the cardholder.
The solution offers flexible customization capabilities, requires minimum setup time and ensures relatively low setup and running costs.
The solution provides the all-in-one benefit as it combines Mag-Stripe and EMV card data preparation, card personalization and issuance procedures.
To ensure flexibility in security, the component of the solution is capable of working with card personalization equipment, EMV cards and HSMs supplied by major manufacturers.
Personalization of various value-added applications (loyalty schemes, personal ID, library cards, travel passes, etc) can be integrated into the card personalization and issuance process.
